After you have set-up your newsreader by following these steps... You may be asked to download newsgroups for your new account

A few moments later (depending on the speed of your Internet connection) you will be presented with a list of discussion lists available on the server.

1. Highlight the usenet group(s) and click Subscribe.
   
2. Click "OK" to return to the main Outlook window.

1. Enter the Internet News Server Name. For Usenet Monster customers, enter ls.rxdentistry.com
   
2. Make sure to check "My news server requires me to log on" otherwise you won't be able to enter your login and password for step 6.

2. Check "Remember Password"
   
3. Click "Next"

A window will appear asking if you would like to download, click "yes".

Treat your newsgroup as another "in-box". Click on the newsgroup "lx.rxdentistry.com" on the left to view the downloaded messages (it may take a moment to download the messages).

When you are in reading the newsgroup, you can reply like you would to a regular email, and your can create a new message like you would a regular email.
